Episode 29 - What Is
In this week's episode, I share things I have learned from Byron Katie. She teaches a process called The Work.
Bryon Katie said, "I discovered that when I believed my thoughts I suffered, but when I didn't believe them I didn't suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Freedom is as a simple as that. I found that suffering is optional. I found a joy within me that has never disappeared, not for a single moment. That joy is in everyone, always. And I invite you not to believe me. I invite you to test it for yourself."
Listen to learn the process.
Episode 28 - Compassionate Curiosity
In this week's episode I talk about how my work, as a life coach, is to empower my clients so they can create a life experience they want when they choose to.
I teach them tools to help them live with intention.
When you live unintentionally, you allow your disempowered brain to create your life experience for you.
When you can invite what I call the 3 A's into your story, you can empower yourself to be your best self.
Your divine self.
And it all begins with compassionate curiosity.
Practicing this with ourselves actually helps us use it with the relationships in our lives.

Using the model, developed by Brooke Castillo, you have the opportunity to gain self-awareness in order to create wanted change in your life. However, it is important to understand the power that comes when you practice curious and compassionate self-awareness. Instead of using what you discover to beat yourself up, you use it to accept where you are and life as it is so you can determine where you want to go and what you want to create. I share 3 tips with you to help you access curiosity and compassion in your self-awareness. Listen to learn more!

Episode 19 - The Butterfly Effect
How would your life be different if you truly believed that you matter?
Episode 18 - Body Stories
I believe, one of the biggest reasons we become disconnected and don’t take better care of ourselves is because of our body stories.
If you are like me, you probably began writing your body stories from an early age.
These stories are often accompanied with feelings of shame and dissatisfaction.
Believing that something is wrong with you because of your appearance.
These negative body stories limit your ability to progress, create positive change and connect with yourself.
In this episode, I share how you can begin reconnecting with you and create wanted change.
Episode 17 - Divine Identity
In this week's episode, I discuss the difference between our false identity and our divine identity. Understanding the difference between the two gives us the power to embrace our divine identity. This frees us to experience life more often from a place of love, peace, confidence, grace, connection and joy. Your life is the perfect classroom for you to discover who you are and who you want to become.
What would your life experience be like if you could believe that you are a divine being, that you are enough and that you are loved?
What influence could you be to the world around you?
Who could you become?
Episode 16 - Unplugging
Sometimes the idea of unplugging can feel impossible. I am not saying that you need to unplug for 5 days but perhaps you could for 5 minutes. What unplugging for me isn’t what unplugging is for you. It really isn’t about what you do or don’t do. There isn’t a right or wrong way to do it.
I am inviting you to pause to consider what unplugging looks like for you. It could be as simple as a 1 minute meditation or as drastic as a 5 day river trip.
The point is to consider how you can incorporate unplugging into your life.
How can you refocus, rejuvenate, and reconnect?
The choice is yours!
