THRIVE IN YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.

Helping midlife women of faith to transform their lives + relationships one step at a time.

You know you're a child of God. You just can't feel it yet.

You can recite the truth. You've taught it to your kids, sung it in the pews, written it in the margins of your scriptures. You don't have to be perfect. You are loved as you are.

So why does it still feel like you're falling short in your marriage, with your grown children, and most of all, with yourself?

You're not broken. And you're not behind. There's a reason the truth hasn't traveled the eighteen inches from your head to your heart yet and it's something we can work on together.

THE CLARITY MAP

I invite you to listen to Episode 206 on the Seasons of Joy Podcast where I explain the Clarity Map. It is a simple, powerful tool built on years of coaching, nervous system work, and the belief that clarity always comes before change. You can also grab the free one-page PDF that shows you shows you exactly what is happening inside you so you can stop reacting and start choosing.

What's really going on

Here's what I've come to believe after walking this road myself, and beside hundreds of women like you:

You don't have a knowledge problem. You have a believing problem.

You already know you're enough. You know God's grace is bigger than your mistakes. But believing isn't something that happens only in the mind. It happens in the body, in your nervous system, in the way you've learned over a lifetime to brace, to manage, to keep everyone okay.

That's why willpower and better information haven't been enough. You can't think your way into feeling safe. You can't shame yourself into peace.

There's a beautiful thread in the original language of scripture: joy (xará) and grace (xáris) share the same root. They grow from the same soil. And the grace you so freely give your husband, your children, your friends. You've never quite let yourself receive it.

This year, my word is allowing. Allowing myself to be loved without earning it. Allowing the imperfect to be enough. That's the work I'd love to do with you. Not adding one more thing to get right, but finally setting some of it down.

“NO MATTER YOUR SEASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, YOU CAN TRANSFORM YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. LET’S BEGIN THE ADVENTURE.”

HELLO!

I am Jill Pack of Seasons Coaching. I am member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and a certified faith-based life + relationship coach.

I spent twenty-eight years as a stay-at-home mother. I gave that season everything I had and somewhere in the middle of midlife, I woke up and realized I'd lost track of who I was underneath all the roles.

What followed wasn't a crisis.

It was an awakening.

I studied nervous system regulation. And I learned — slowly, and not always gracefully — how to let the truth I'd always believed about God actually change how I lived with myself.

I'm not writing to you from the far side of "figured out." I'm a wife, a mother of five, a grandmother, still very much in the seasons myself. I just know the terrain, and I'd be honored to walk it with you.

it isn’t too late to create a life you love

HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER

My coaching is gentle, faith-rooted, and grounded in how God actually made you — body and spirit together.

We'll work with a simple framework I call C.A.R.E.:

  • Curiosity — replacing self-judgment with honest, kind attention

  • Awareness — noticing what's really happening beneath the reaction

  • Regulation — calming the nervous system so peace becomes possible, not just preached

  • Empathy — extending to yourself the grace you've always given everyone else

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you already are.
