In this week's episode, I share things I have learned from Byron Katie. She teaches a process called The Work.
Bryon Katie said, "I discovered that when I believed my thoughts I suffered, but when I didn't believe them I didn't suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Freedom is as a simple as that. I found that suffering is optional. I found a joy within me that has never disappeared, not for a single moment. That joy is in everyone, always. And I invite you not to believe me. I invite you to test it for yourself."

Episode 28 - Compassionate Curiosity
In this week's episode I talk about how my work, as a life coach, is to empower my clients so they can create a life experience they want when they choose to.
I teach them tools to help them live with intention.
When you live unintentionally, you allow your disempowered brain to create your life experience for you.
When you can invite what I call the 3 A's into your story, you can empower yourself to be your best self.
Your divine self.
And it all begins with compassionate curiosity.
Practicing this with ourselves actually helps us use it with the relationships in our lives.
