Thoughtful Thursday & Sacred Space

ON THE BLOG

SACRED SPACE.

Last weekend was my Navigating Midlife with Grace Workshop.

It was amazing!

It was all I hoped it could be.

One thing that I came away thinking about was that being a coach is a sacred thing and it puts me in a sacred space.

When people come to me, they are coming to me because they are in hurting.

They are struggling in some way and they are looking for a way out of the pain.

They share their stories with me and we work together to find ways to navigate the pain while learning how to release the suffering and invite in more joy.

This place is a sacred one.

Being with people in their dark places and trying to shine a light on what else is possible is a sacred place.

My podcast and this email are sacred places.

Each week, I share some of my thoughts and experiences in hopes that it will inspire and lift you to become the creator of your life.

It is an honor to walk alongside you and those that I have the honor and privilege of coaching in my coaching programs.

Thank you for sharing your stories and your pain with me and for allowing me to share that sacred space with you.

Remember, you are loved.

You are amazing.

You can be the creator of a life you love no matter your circumstance.

And I am cheering you on!
