POSITIVE PORTFOLIO

Did you know that creating a Positive Portfolio can help you cultivate positive emotions in your life?

Positive psychologist Dr. Barbara Fredrickson suggests compiling objects and mementos, such as music, poems, photos, quotes, letters, emails, or cards that evoke a particular positive emotion.

You can create a physical and/or digital portfolio and repeat the process for as many positive emotions as you want to cultivate.

By intentionally creating and cultivating positive emotion, you can expand your thinking, emotions, and behavioral patterns, contributing to your well-being and desired life experience.

What positive emotions are you wanting to experience more of in your life?

Learn more on this week's podcast episode about creating your own Positive Portfolio by clicking here.

I would love to hear about your experience.

Just click reply to this email and let me know!

Have a joyful week!
