Thoughtful Thursday & Reclaim.Restore.Remember.
Hello friends!
Today is December 1st!
Can you believe it?
This year is quickly coming to a close.
As I reflect, I am so grateful for the things I have learned, the ways I have grown, and the things I have remembered.
This week on the podcast, I shared my interview with fellow life coach, Tyson Bradley.
It was a powerful episode for me.
This is one of my favorite quotes from the interview:
“We all have an Inherent identity that is connected to everything that we desire, everything that we want in this life, and the abundance that God is.
It is our job to:
Reclaim it.
Remember it.
Restore it.”
Have you lost sight of who you are?
If so, now is the perfect time to seek for the truth of who you are.
I came across this scripture this morning before I began writing this email.
I wasn’t even looking for it but it reaffirmed to me the power of asking our Creator to confirm to us our identity.
Our true identiy.
“Draw near unto me and I will draw near unto you; seek me diligently and ye shall find me; ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened to unto you.” (Doctrine & Covenants 88:63).
President Russell M. Nelson has said,
“There is divine light and power in truth. The plain and simple words of truth stir our souls….
The truth will be in us, in our hearts and minds, in our character, in our being, and it will abound in us…”
My invitation to you today is to consider who you are and who you want to be.
Who you want to be is who you are.
You just have to reclaim, remember and restore it.
One way to begin this process is going through the five steps Tyson shares on this week’s episode:
What is the ideal picture of who you want to be?
What are you doing and how are you behaving in your ideal?
Create a I AM statement that communicates your desire and the action you will take.
What words resonate with you?
What emotion comes up for you when you say your statement?
Write it down.
Practice it.
Remember it.
For me, “I am a in the moment mamma.”
It is who I am.

Have a joyful week!at the others haven't even come back from their fishing excursion yet. They have no idea we have been lost for the whole entire day! We look at each other and laugh as we flop into our camp chairs and wait.
