Thoughtful Thursday & Embrace Your Season

Hello friends!

As I was entering the midseason of my life, I was lost and confused on what was coming next in my life.

I didn’t really know what my purpose was and I didn’t really believe I had anything to offer.

But I have learned over the last few years that this season of life is amazing!

There is nothing to be afraid of.

If you are in this season, the truth is, you still have so much to offer.

You still have so much more to give and so much more to do.

I believe that when we combine our maturity, our life experience, and the tools I teach in my coaching program there is great power there.

Power to be an influence for good and to make a difference in the world.

It doesn't require us to do big or grandiose things.

It can be in the little things like the daily interactions we have with people in our circle of influence.

I talk about this with my friend and fellow life coach, Angela Adams, this week on the podcast.

Have a joyful week!
