Welcome to episode 120 of the Seasons of Joy podcast with Jill Pack. In this episode, Jill sits down with Tami Schwendiman.

Tami is a wife and mother of three amazing humans. She is the owner of Love Life Forward Coaching. She believed for a long time If other people were not happy it was her fault and she had to fix it. Tami spent a lot of time focusing on things that were out of her control. Through coaching she learned how to take responsibility for her part and let the rest go. Tami helps women increase their self-compassion and to live a life guided by love.

You can follow her on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lovelifeforward. You can also learn more about her on her website: www.tamischwendiman.com.

My name is Jill Pack. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been married to my best friend and husband, Phil, for over 30 years. We are navigating our "empty-nester" season of life. We are parents to 5 amazing children and grandparents to 3 adorable grandchildren. I love adventuring in the outdoors connecting with nature, myself, others, and God. I am a certified life coach and I am the owner of Seasons Coaching. I have advanced certifications in faith-based and relationship mastery coaching. I help women of faith create joyful connection with themselves, God, and others no matter their season or circumstance. I also have a podcast called Seasons of Joy.
